Nexlayer provides an AI-native deployment platform that enables users to deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications on production-grade Kubernetes infrastructure.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content and applications. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and run your applications as necessary to provide the service. Nexlayer and its logos are trademarks of Nexlayer Technologies Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexlayer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
